The ARH Films is the studio of Abdul Rehman Hashmi, filmmaker and photographer, based in Lahore, Pakistan. For anything about your data, email abdulrehman19966@gmail.com.

When you use the booking form or the studio assistant, we keep what you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number if you add it, and your project details (service, dates, location, budget and message).

We use it only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you book, run the project. The assistant conversation is kept so the studio can read the brief you gave it.

To understand which pages and films people find useful, the site records page views, video plays, button clicks and how far pages are scrolled.

These records carry a random ID that changes every day, the type of device (phone, tablet or desktop), the country (worked out by our host from your connection, not stored as an address) and the site that referred you. We do not store IP addresses, names or anything that identifies you personally.

To reply faster, the studio uses an AI model (via Groq) to summarise new enquiries and draft a reply, and to power the studio assistant chat. Your enquiry text is sent to that service for this purpose only. Every reply is read and sent by a person.

The site is hosted by Vercel and its data is stored with Convex, both of which may process data outside Pakistan. Films play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com), which only loads when you press play.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they're useful for your project and our records, and no longer than three years unless you become a client. Anonymous visit counts are kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email abdulrehman19966@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. See Cookies for what's stored in your browser.
